Mr. Manoj Singh comes from a humble background with an enriched experience of more than 24 years in the real estate sector.

He left home in adolescence with 10kg of lentils as his luggage. While on his 12 hours journey, the young boy managed to earn Rs. 1260 by becoming a truck conductor to the kind truck driver who volunteered to be his ride. From a young age, he had a mindset for business and parallely possessed incredible knowledge and apprenticeship in the agricultural sector. In Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, he found himself drawn toward the land acquisition domain. Ever since there has been no looking back. Through securing his base in Kanpur, he learned by experience and worked in various cities like Gwalior, Noida, Jhansi, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Lucknow, Bombay, Pune, Vrindavan, and Goa. Not only has he specialized in land acquisitions, but he also brought in various joint ventures for investors and realtors. He is one example of a self-made man with a treasure of insights on the realities of the grass-root level and their operating strategies. He is a stellar conversationalist and has amassed a gargantuan network of individuals from diverse walks of life. He has stepped into international real estate with a vision to channel his expertise across the globe.

He has an avid knowledge of handling operations, and mitigating operational risks, and has been a part of Brahmavarta Group for more than 8 years now. His area of expertise is the supervision of different stakeholders associated with the land acquisition on the internal and external front. Mr. Om Prakash boasts a distinguished 37-year career as a civil servant, encompassing IRS and IAS roles. With a foundation in theoretical physics including an MPhil, he’s contributed to Quantum Mechanics and Group Theory.

Starting as a Geo-physicist in 1981, he later shifted to IRS (IT), becoming an IAS officer in 1987. He’s held roles like Chief Development Officer and District Magistrate, amassing 7 years of experience. Additionally, he excelled as Secretary and Additional Chief Secretary in key departments.
